Use the table below to learn about how well our partner practices did caring for patients with high blood pressure (also called hypertension) in our latest reporting period (July 2010 - June 2011), in comparison to one another, and to our performance across the region.  Our High Blood Pressure Measures include both Care Processes and Keeping Blood Pressure At Goal.

To sort the practices by their achievement, click on the column headings (Good Control and Good Care.) 

To show results for patients with a particular type of insurance (Medicare, Commercial, Medicaid or Uninsured), use the Show Achievement by Insurance option.  We report practices in these tables only if they had at least 50 high blood pressure patients in the specified insurance category in 2010-11.
