Finding ways to help primary care colleagues across Northeast Ohio learn what "works" is an important component of Better Health's work. Since 2007, Better Health has convened twice yearly day-long summits that bring together clinicians and staff from primary care offices across health systems for a day of learning and sharing about methods, experiences, resources and opportunities that can drive improvement.

Presentations are available from the October 1, 2010 QI Learning Collaborative Summit, Meaningful Use of the Electronic Medical Record: Best Practices in Hypertension Care.

What participants of the October 1, 2010, Summit are saying...

"There is a very good, dedicated group of people with common goals working in our community."

"I learned new things that I can use in my everyday practice."

"Awesome interactive learning collaborative!!"

"It is very helpful to network and learn best practices from other organizations."
